Someone is being crazy accusing an employer of sexual misconduct with his employee and he should go ahead and pay 3months upfront ?
Oya na
Let me explain this to you like you’re a five year old, and because I have a little time.
First of all, this situation is complex because neither the man nor the cleaner is at fault. The cleaner is simply doing her job, and the man has done nothing wrong either according to his story. Her husband is the one stirring up trouble, and it’s better for the man to avoid getting involved in unnecessary drama.
However, letting the cleaner go abruptly means taking away her source of livelihood without giving her time to prepare. She would need time to find another job, and in this economy, that is not something that happens overnight.
If the man can afford to employ a cleaner in this economy, he can afford to pay her three months’ salary upfront and let her go. It’s not just about the money, it’s about basic kindness and consideration for another human being.
Those three months would give her enough time to look for another job and make alternative arrangements. Nobody deserves to have their livelihood taken away suddenly because of a situation they did not create.
