HOLY i wonder how the market is going to react to this
$NVDA CEO JENSEN HUANG’S DRAFT MEMO TO EMPLOYEES, OBTAINED BY AXIOS. “I owe my family and all of you an apology.” “I was unfaithful to my wife. My actions hurt her and our children. There is no excuse for what I did. I am deeply sorry.” “Leading NVIDIA is the privilege of my life.” “I am fully committed to NVIDIA and will work to earn back your confidence.” Regarding the national security investigation: “I support the investigation and will cooperate fully.” “My family bears no responsibility for my choices. I do. Please give them privacy.” NVIDIA’s board has launched an independent investigation into reports that Huang was targeted by a foreign intelligence effort. The board says it currently has no reason to believe U.S. national security or NVIDIA’s secrets were compromised.

$ASTS has a satellite problem. Investors have been waiting for more satellites in orbit, but the timeline keeps getting pushed back. Monday's earnings need to bring some answers. 3 things I am watching: 1. Launch schedule Only 13 satellites in orbit. Bluebirds 14 to 16 have been sitting at the Cape since October with no launch date. They need about 45 for continuous coverage and that target already slipped to early 2027. I want updates on the launch schedule 2. Beta service and revenue They promised beta service later this year with $T and $VZ. The 2026 revenue target is $150M to $200M, but they only brought in $46M in the first half. I want to know if they are still on track. 3. Their own rocket(Blacklift) They just announced plans for their own reusable rocket, targeting a 2028 flight. Interesting long term, but how much will it cost and will it take focus away from getting more satellites into orbit? Would you buy $ASTS at current prices?

Neutron is delayed and investors want answers. Earnings on Monday could be a turning point. 3 things I am watching: 1. Neutron timeline This is the 2nd tank issue this year. How much more will it cost and could it slip past 2027? Does it push out their path to profitability too? 2. Can Electron carry the business? Electron had a strong year with 19+ launches and 100+ missions in backlog. They have also signed over $1B in new contracts. I want to see that momentum show up in Q4 guidance. Margins are expected to dip to 29-31%, so I am curious when they expect a recovery. 3. Defense wins Golden Dome is the long term upside. Rocket Lab is working with $RTX on a demo of satellites that can shoot down missiles from space, plus $266M in Space Force missile test launches and a $397M satellite deal that needs Neutron. A new defense win would help a lot right now. Would you buy $RKLB at current prices?

Earnings I am watching this week: $RKLB: Backlog and new Neutron contracts $ASTS: BlueBird launch pace $ONDS: Bought a lot of companies, but can they stitch it together and turn backlog into revenue? $NBIS and $CRWV: AI infrastructure demand $CEG and $FPS: AI power demand $CSCO: AI networking orders $AMAT: Semi equipment demand Monday night is the big one for space stocks. Which print are you watching?

No other country is talking about slowing down on AI. So why is the US, the one in the lead, even thinking about it??

Everyone wants to be on ChatGPT. But $MELI doesn’t. Management says it won’t share its inventory with outside AI agents and is building its own shopping AI using 27 years of customer data. $AMZN is doing the same with Rufus. $WMT went the other way and opened up to AI agents. Who’s making the right call?

Why did $AXON just drop $1.2B on a drone company? Most police drone programs in the US use DJI drones, which are made in China. Since Dec 2025 the US won’t approve any new DJI models and federal grant money can’t buy them either. So cops need an American replacement. Enter Skydio, basically the biggest US drone maker for police. Axon just increased its stake from 15% to 37% and is now the only one allowed to sell Skydio drones to police in the US and Canada. They already sell cops the body cams and tasers. Now they want to sell them the drones too. Stock is down 27% this week and I am holding. Is the market missing the bigger picture here?

The IRS just raised the income thresholds for 2027. Here is what that means for your paycheck. For single filers: Standard deduction: $16,100 → $16,600 10% bracket: up to $12,400 → $12,800 12% bracket: up to $50,400 → $52,025 22% bracket: up to $105,700 → $109,125 24% bracket: up to $201,775 → $208,325 That’s roughly a 3.2% inflation adjustment. A single filer making $90K could save around $280 in federal taxes. Did your raise beat 3.2%?

Space stocks are mooning ahead of earnings. $RKLB up 14%. $ASTS up 8%. Both report Monday after the close. Is the market pricing in two monster quarters, or are we about to see another massive crash landing back to earth?

$ASTS building its own rocket tells you launch was the real bottleneck. Great for the long term, but it doesn't help the 2027 launch targets. Smart move or distraction?
$ASTS TO BUILD ITS OWN REUSABLE ROCKET AST SpaceMobile announced plans to develop Blacklift, a 20-ton reusable rocket designed to carry up to five BlueBird satellites per launch, with operations targeted for late 2028. The company has signed a $1.3B+ agreement with Firefly Aerospace $FLY, which includes: - Engines for the first three Blacklift rockets. - A perpetual license for AST to manufacture Firefly's Miranda and Vira engines at a new U.S. facility. - Engineering support over three years. AST will pay approximately $800M upfront, consisting of $400M in cash and 10M–14M $ASTS shares, plus $250M for engines and $250M for engineering support. Importantly, AST will continue using external launch providers, with existing agreements covering more than 100 BlueBird satellites for deployment in 2027–2028. AST plans to unveil Blacklift on November 12 in New York City.

$AXON missed on revenue and cut guidance. But there is a reason for that and the long term thesis is still intact -Revenue: $909M vs. $934M est. -EPS: $1.72 vs. $1.90 est. So why did the stock drop? $AXON’s revenue miss mostly came down to $30M in federal Dedrone deals pushed into next year. Without the delay, they would have beaten revenue expectations. The guidance cut is the same story, with $130M of these deals now expected next year. The delay was out of their hands with the fiscal year reset, election delays and permits needed before shipping. Here’s how my 3 things played out: 1. Margins Still above 25% and the full year target actually moved up to 25.6%. The concern is that memory costs get worse in 2027. 2. Cash This one I didn't love. FCF guidance was cut to $350M to $400M from $450M as they keep building inventory in case chips and batteries get harder to source. 3. Counter drone Dedrone had its second best quarter ever with no World Cup boost. Demand is there, the federal deals are just slow. Lastly, they also dropped $1.2B to take their Skydio stake to 37%. That gives Axon two layers in the sky. Skydio is the offense: drones that respond to 911 calls before officers arrive. Dedrone is the defense: it stops dangerous drones. Would you buy $AXON after the drop?
