Been thinking about this - most proprietary platforms lock you into just their own models. Grok Build only lets you use Grok, same with others. People want to switch models based on the task, but there's no easy way. The generic multi-model harnesses out there just let you manually switch from one model to another. That's not smart. What if we build a harness like OpenRouter, but smarter? One single harness that does all the logical thinking, planning, and routing - and then automatically picks the right model for each task behind the scenes. You connect to just one endpoint, but the system intelligently routes to whichever model fits best. The brain stays the same, only the execution model changes. Thoughts?

Hermes is hands down the best agent and harness for automated, decisive tasks. Easy to interact with, supports multiple models (including free ones), and can trigger other harnesses like Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode.

If the first HTML is an empty shell, users feel every second of JS + API - even when the backend is “fine.” 2. Listing grids don’t need full photo galleries in the API - one image + a count is enough. 3. Full-size originals on every card kill mobile. Serve smaller thumbs; keep full res for the detail page. 4. Optimizing in the repo doesn’t help until production actually runs that build. Verify live. 5. Fix the buy path first (home → browse → open a car). That’s where speed = trust. Same product. Faster path to the first useful screen.
