Supermarket jobs are very hard and require hands-on people. Hiring people from other regions often poses many challenges. For example, a person from the central region may not last more than four days before quitting, while someone from northern Uganda may work for one day and get married the next, among other issues. People from western Uganda, on the other hand, tend to be good attendants because they have a lot of discipline and are good listeners.
