Terrible, and I do mean TERRIBLE customer service from @British_Airways over the last couple of days. To the point of considering whether to ever fly with them again, despite having a BA Amex. And no complaints until you’ve started your journey. What an awful system!

Final day of skills at @MountviewLDN today. Been a joy having both 1st and 2nd year actor musicians for musicianship this term! Confidence has come on leaps and bounds in terms of sight-reading, and exploring some applied music theory with both groups!
