Holding the door at Wawa is a sign of great respect in our culture.
Before I visited Pennsylvania, everyone warned me that Philadelphia people are the toughest, most impatient people in America. I believed them until I walked toward the front door of a Wawa gas station. I was still forty feet away in the parking lot, walking between rows of cars. A massive construction worker in steel-toe boots, carrying a twenty-four-ounce coffee in one hand and a paper-wrapped hoagie in the other, pushed open the glass door to leave. Then he saw me. He stopped. He planted his boot against the bottom of the door. And he waited. Forty feet is a very long distance when a grown man is holding a door for you in the wind. In Japan, to make a stranger wait carries great shame. So I broke into that awkward half-jog every man performs when he wishes to show gratitude without looking like he is fleeing a crime. "Go ahead, boss," he said as I passed. Ten minutes later, as I walked out with my own sandwich, I saw an elderly woman locking her car thirty feet away. I planted my foot against the glass. I held the door. Another man behind me held the inner door. Within seconds we had formed an impromptu honor guard of grumpy men holding glass doors in complete silence. Philadelphia may boo Santa Claus. But inside the three-foot radius of a Wawa doorway, they have the manners of the imperial court.

John Kuhn just reported on the @Packers Radio Network that all tests were negative for WR Christian Watson and that he has left the hospital to head back to Lambeau Field. He's still listed as questionable (chest).

Tamika Catchings has been one of my favorites all post season and one of the main reasonings is her timely input that always puts you in the game. No better person to guide the watcher than one who’s been here and won it

I played right tackle for one game in my seventh grade football team and got whiplash and had to be ambulance’d off the field and now I am playing in nfl stadiums… can’t wait to be back on the gridiron

Yes. Male owners have famously never made bad personnel decisions.
I want to be supportive of women in sports, but Carlie Irsay-Gordon is a prime example of why certain jobs need to be left to men. - Traded the farm for Sauce Gardner because of his name - Gave Daniel Jones an extension - Traded away your two cornerstone trench pieces - Holding Jonathan Taylor hostage now
Community note
The trade for Sauce Gardner and Daniel Jones’ extension were executed by then-GM Chris Ballard, not Carlie Irsay-Gordon, before Ballard was fired in October 2026. Jonathan Taylor signed an extension in August 2026 after expressing his desire to stay. cbssports.com/nfl/news/why-c… apnews.com/article/indian

Not sure I've ever seen a team trade its offensive and defensive cornerstones in a SINGLE day. What a wild few hours. I'm not sure people outside Indy truly understand the gravity of all this. Man.

The long-anticipated trade finally happened, with a 2027 4th rounder going to the Colts.
Trade: The #Colts are trading 3-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the #49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @AdamSchefter. A reunion!! Now Buckner returns to SF, fortifying their defensive line.

The Colts lose a winnable game to the Vikings 16-10 after another second half collapse. Brian Flores reminds us all why his defenses remain the blueprint

Death, taxes, etc.
The Vikings are the ugliest 6-0 team you'll ever see. But defense does win!

Just when you thought the turnover problems faded, Daniel Jones is picked off. An ugly, ugly end to this game.

This team isn't good enough to miss on these opportunities. Shrader had been the only constant. Until today.
Holy crap. Shrader pushes 48 FG wide right.
