Gutted. It was super tight with the cars side-by-side and at some point I had to go over the curb, I just lost control on cold tires on a compromised place on track. Was a big hit but the tire barriers did their job.
Thanks to everyone for the messages of concern, I’m all good!

This weekend was quite a frustrating one! Our Corvette was working well but then in the first pit stop we had a slow change that cost us track position.
A shame for the team because we put in a lot of effort. Got to take it on the chin and bounce back at Road America 💪

Struggled a little on pace this weekend, but we were actually able to optimise our #3 Corvette really well in the race to finish P4.
Full credit to the team for some strong strategy calls too. Every point counts when you’re fighting for a championship!

Winners in Detroit 🏆☝️ It was such a strong weekend for us with @PrattMillerMS and @TeamChevy - the package was ideal and it worked well in quali and the race.
It was such a relief to be able to bring the car home first, in particular at the team’s home race! 🤝

We’re sporting red, white and blue as we tackle the 12 hours this weekend, and after our positive test back in Feb, I think we will be in a good position… as long as we respect those bumps 🫡

Looking back at Bathurst, one week on ⏮️
Aside from the disappointment of how our race ended, my first Bathurst was a fantastic experience. The track was special and our Corvette felt fast. I do think the win was on our for us prior to our retirement, so the pace was there! 💪

Rolex 24 ✅ Not the result we’d hoped for due to a suspension failure this morning that took us out of the fight.
Nonetheless, we had good pace and if we’d had clean races then both cars would have been fighting at the front - which is about all you can ask for! 💪
