What do you know… Leopold increased his position in Sharon AI to 21%. From my understanding it is his only public equity in the portfolio. When you own 21% of a company, your conviction is extremely high because you better be right, or you’re never getting out.
$SHAZ is trading at net cash value now. I believe this is a 2-3x within the next 2-3 months.
Leopold still owns 20% of the company according to Sharon AI CEO. Anthropic is looking for 1.4 GW of compute in Australia. Sharon AI and Iren are the two that can provide it. Leopold trimmed Iren in June before the article on Anthropic leaked in July. Leopold’s wife is the chief of staff at Anthropic, so my guess is, he knows Sharon wins the Anthropic deal.
There’s 4 pillars to a rerating:
1. Anthropic deal gets announced
2. Leopold’s next 13F drops confirming Sharon AI ceo comments
3. Company executing on existing backlog
4. Anthropic IPO in general makes them a good counter party. Runs up neoclouds
