I think I’m in the minority among academics, but I think it’s good the ICC will be destroyed. The Palestine experience has proven Lindsay Graham right: it is an institution meant for Africa and (some of) Putin(‘s crimes). That is an intolerable proposition. We can do better

I feel bad for the hard working people there who are doing incredible work against impossible odds, but they deserve better than being abandoned by European states who deep down like that the US is sanctioning those seeking accountability for Israel
