Variational has officially confirmed that $VAR will launch in Q4 2026.
The biggest takeaway for existing users is that 32% of the entire $VAR supply is going directly to holders of Variational points. This is called the Genesis Distribution, and unlike many airdrops, 100% of this allocation will be unlocked immediately at TGE.
The 32% Genesis Distribution will be distributed in proportion to the number of Variational points users hold. Simple as that.
Points distribution was set to end in Q3, but it will now continue through the week leading up to TGE.
Btw, unclaimed tokens will be burned, not redistributed.
