This episode was actually the main source of inspiration for our roguelite game “Scattered Hopes”
“33” from Battlestar Galactica (2004) was the exact moment it became clear this wasn’t going to be comfort-food sci-fi. Watching the crew slowly lose their minds from exhaustion every 33 minutes felt weirdly stressful in the best way.
