College football was always supposed to be regional, each region having their own identities, it’s what made the bowl clashes exciting. Clemson should never be play Cal unless it’s the pop tart bowl.
There is something wonderfully ironic and absurd about Clemson and Georgia canceling a four-game rivalry series bw schools 70 miles apart while Clemson prepares to fly 2,500 miles to Berkeley for a "showdown" with Cal— on a Friday night, kicking off at 10:30 PM EST.
