Why are they SO CORRUPT?
Someone wrote on Kenyan police as being “poorly trained poorly paid” but it’s more like poorly brained.
Many of us - incl me - lived in poverty & didn’t abduct or kill, we kept our values. Unsure why the 100k+

Same system & enforcement as invented by colonizers to oppress, not protect.
Maybe generational trauma?
I just never get it when hundreds of thousands of humans abuse power.
Hard for me to have forgiveness or compassion for killer cops.
Seems it needs a complete generational overhaul.
My experience with police and DCI in Kenya was abhorrent - see my posts. And all Kenyans tell me horror stories.
One ok cop (they do exist) I met said ~80% of all cops are corrupt and ~10% can be hired to kill (he later lowered number).
Even when it’s “just” be 1% that means 1,000 police officers can be hired to kill - wtf!
I have been to well over 50 countries and nothing came close to anything like the 🇰🇪 situation. Also not in other African nations.
And if someone never left, how can they think it could be different?
I still don’t understand the betrayal & solely function to protect power and not their own people (on paper they should).
Why?
Police in Kenya almost made me believe in good and bad people.
Usually I see all humans as good, and “just” traumatized when not good.
Kenya 🇰🇪 tell me what’s so wrong with the police and why?

@EACCKenya and other government agencies checking in on corruption seem completely hollowed out, like an empty shell.
The ruto killer regime really did their job. See my emails from past months, nothing done. A brief acknowledgement after months of following up, and nothing for months since.
The DCI/police officers Peter Mugantai & Tom Otieno Odhiambo disrespected me to my face, even texted me they don’t have to act “honorable” - but every time I told them I’ll make this public they call me. Or begged me in person “don’t post, it’s not helping.”
You know it’s working when corrupt police asks you to NOT do it.
I emailed EACC, Ombudsman, @IPOA_KE @ODPP_KE & @NPSOfficial_KE complaints that police officers Peter Mugantai and Tom Otieno Odhiambo suppress evidence with support of @DCI_Kenya directors Daniel Kandie & Dorcas Simalo.
Probably well over 50 complaints in person at their offices, via email and multiple law firms.
Oh and @GermanyinKenya is completely useless to protect German citizens in Kenya - they do photo ops with any corrupt politicians if asked for though!
The system in Kenya is completely rigged & corrupted.
And anyone thinking they’ll just let fair elections take away their power so they end up in jail is delusional.
They probably work overtime to rig the elections.
Here is the only action I saw, from ODPP complaints after Ombudsman emailed them after months, yet still nothing regarding threats to my life by CEO thomas joseph omondi mboya ogutu over 7 months ago.
Value of scam over $300k+.
Probably nothing since ruto & cronies steal hundreds of billions it seems.
