Had a chat with my daughter's teacher about how involved a parent should be. Too much and you strip their independence. Too little and they don't get the support they need. Her phrase for the balance: hands off, but eyes on. Been thinking about it all week, and not just as a parent. @cashi is relative new but we have capable people.
