We have recently had a long discussion with the leaders at Rhodium FX regarding the future of the Firm.
When we first founded Rhodium, we did so with having one thing in mind. And that one thing was to build a firm that traders can trust and rely on. A firm where traders can use their skill to become full-time career traders.
Rhodium has held a track record of 0% payout rejections. This means that every single person who has received a funded account and reached payout has received their funds, big or small. How many firms do you know that have never rejected a payout?
Rhodium was never designed to be a quick profit for our founders. There are many new firms out there who are doing massive amounts of sales, but they reject virtually all of their payouts. Only approving them if they are a big name in the industry or if it would benefit them from a marketing standpoint. Yet they leave the clients who came to them and trusted them with their support with empty pockets and destroyed confidence.
This has unfortunately ruined the industry not only for other firms but for the traders who so desperately needed a ticket out of the rat race.
After having this long discussion with the team, we came to the point where we realised we have lost our goal of being a premium service that actually helps small-time traders who genuinely want to trade but just can't afford to drop 10K plus on a broker account.
The team at Rhodium spends countless hours of manpower to make sure our traders are treated well. Whether it is the most basic support or the most advanced trade coaching and analysis.
Rhodium has been running a premium service at a discount price that matches prop firms that cheat their traders out of their payouts and only care about sales.
This has led to this final decision:
@rhodium_fx has now officially increased our prices to match our services.
If you want to pay for cheap prices and heavily discounted challenges, but risk getting your payout rejected for no real reason, Rhodium FX is simply not for you.
However, if you are looking for a place that actually pays you and treats Funded Traders like real professionals, then we will welcome you with open arms.
