It's from the MDMR (Mississippi Dept of Marine Resources)
They gave WLOX a redacted version, only to not reveal customers names, membership numbers, etc.
So IF, the Sea Tow call is "fake", then so is the bilge pump isuue...correct?

Examples...
*No video footage of Nolan supposedly buying alcohol
*No video of the freind group in McDonald's
*Not ONE person, testified "interacting" w/Nolan after 4:30pm
