This is absolutely insane! The US government is desperately trying to protect a drug-trafficking network of corrupt right-wing political operatives, election meddlers, and assassins in Latin America. Bolivia's attorney general was investigating the US asset Fernando Cerimedo, a criminal who hired hitmen to kill his pregnant ex-girlfriend. Cerimedo oversaw a large scheme of US-sponsored election meddling in Latin America, putting in power right-wing, pro-US politicians by rigging elections, operating countless bots, and spreading mountains of disinformation online. Cerimedo worked for pretty much all of the right-wing, pro-US leaders in Latin America, and he collaborated very closely with the Trump administration. He was given an award in Mar-a-Lago a few weeks before he was arrested, and was photographed with Donald Trump Jr. This scandal was all exposed when Cerimedo failed to assassinate his pregnant ex-girlfriend, and was subsequently arrested. She has since revealed a lot of his dirty laundry, with thorough evidence. Bolivia's attorney general has also been investigating Cerimedo for drug trafficking and money laundering. So the Trump administration got desperate to silence the Bolivian attorney general. First the US government hit him with sanctions, and now it ordered the corrupt right-wing Bolivian government to arrest him, to stop the investigation into the criminal Cerimedo. Now, in Kafkaesque fashion, the US government claims he was arrested because of supposed drug trafficking and corruption. But he was the one investigating the drug trafficking and corruption of a powerful US asset! The US government is the main protector of drug cartels in Latin America.
The Trump Administration stands firmly with President @Rodrigo_PazP and Bolivia's democratically elected government as it takes bold and decisive actions to combat narco-trafficking, systemic corruption, and transnational organized crime in Bolivia. Last week, at the historic Shield of the Americas leaders meeting, the U.S. explicitly reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to safeguarding democratic governance and security in our region against the destabilizing influence of armed narco-terrorist networks. Bolivia's actions demonstrate the kind of leadership needed to make our hemisphere safer, stronger and more prosperous.

POWERFUL testimony from Ronaldo Salgado and Lorenzo Salgado Jr., whose father was killed by ICE in Houston. “We are not the only family living this nightmare. Look at the people sitting to our left and to our right: they too have had a loved one killed by ICE. A father, a mother, a daughter, a son.” “ICE is killing people, whether on our streets or in detention centers, and millions of immigrants and their loved ones are living in fear that they might be next. Hold ICE accountable for what is done to our family and so many others, and do everything you can to make sure that this doesn't happen again.” “This must not be a partisan issue. This is an issue of right and wrong. All elected members of Congress have a duty to ensure the safety and well-being of their constituents. Every member has immigrants living in their states, in their districts, in their neighborhoods. What is being done to make sure that they can live without fear?” “We made a promise to our grandmother that we would spend every waking moment of our lives fighting for justice for our dead. We made that promise to her at our father's wake, his open casket.” “And we know the march towards justice is slow, but human history tells us it is steady and unyielding. Our dad deserves justice along with all the families around us, and we'll spend every moment making sure that he gets it.” “I visit my dad's memorial every day, not because it's where he died, but where a movement was born. It is my way of witnessing how many hearts my dad's story resonates with, and it is my motivation to continue fighting not just for my dad, but for everyone else's dad and families like mine." "I hope I'm doing the right thing every day, and I know my dad here is guiding me in the right direction." “Justicia para Lorenzo Salgado Araujo.”

Donald Trump doubled steel tariffs on June 4th. Cleveland-Cliffs shot up 22% that day. His account sold Cleveland-Cliffs on June 5th. He had advance knowledge of the single biggest catalyst in that stock's year — he created it — and he sold into the morning after. The greatest investor of our time.

NEW: A 45-year-old Venezuelan man in ICE custody died in Georgia on Monday after being denied his medication, his sister and advocacy groups said. Jesús Manuel Arenas-Silva was the fourth person to die in an ICE-related incident this week. ICE officials confirmed the death of Arenas-Silva, who was arrested last Thursday. During his arrest, his family said they pleaded with officials to allow him to take his medications. They allowed him only one. Then Arenas-Silva called his sister to tell her ICE didn't give him his medication. "He went without medication during his detention until he tragically died in ICE custody on Monday,” advocates said. Story: theguardian.com/us-news/2026…

ICE claimed that Lorenzo Salgado Araujo drove his van into one of their SUVs and later attempted to run an ICE agent over. The first thing our local media pointed out was the lack of damage on Araujo’s van. One of the best investigative journalists in Houston, Jeremy Rogalski, found surveillance camera footage showing ICE ramming the van minutes before shots were fired. The ICE story is already falling apart. youtu.be/63xFh6wqQoo?is=XB7S…

I condemn the US military's extrajudicial killing of three civilians at sea on 18 June, taking total US murders to at least 211 people since Sept 2025. I call on States to break their silence and jointly denounce these murders
On June 18, at the direction of #SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations. Three male narco-terrorists were killed during this action. No U.S. military forces were harmed. @DeptofWar #OpSouthernSpear
