In the last few days since this chat started I think the threat has been escalated to most of Europe. They should all stop accepting refugees, it's irresponsible of them to put human lives in the path of danger.

You are correct, the government is saying we are under threat of war whilst also saying it's a safe country for war refugees. Only one of these can be true therefore the government are lying to us all about one of them.

Secondly, do you understand these words? safe and threat ... safe - protected from or not exposed to danger or risk; not likely to be harmed or lost ... threat - a statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury, damage, or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done. They can't have it both ways, this country is either safe from war or threatened with war - so which is it?
