This really does help!
I’m convinced that the key to overcoming anything is to shrink the time horizon. Just focus on the next hour. Do one thing that moves you forward. One closed loop. One workout. One hard conversation. Whatever. Do that. Then do it again. Momentum is a byproduct of movement.

What are you working on this week? 😃
I'm making progress on a few pet-focused marketing projects for Chewy, a blog post for Cupcakes and Yoga Pants and maybe a photo blog post for the Backroads Blog.
Cheers to a creative week ahead! 🥳

I was sitting on my front porch and noticed oodles of monarchs visiting the flowers just outside my window. I had surgery at the start of September and am in rest mode for a while, which includes lifting restrictions.
But, I grabbed my camera. 🦋

Last night I attended a class about setting sacred boundaries, both with yourself and with others. One topic we discussed was the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono prayer. I wrote about this on the Cupcakes blog in 2020 and thought I'd share it again here! Enjoy!

Here's a new term: stability stacking!
The key idea is to have multiple income streams. I mean... that's what freelancers have always been doing, but now it sounds like folks with traditional employer jobs are doing it to feel more financial stability.
