What we see in Paris & around France is a country divided, not by different identities, but simply having an identity. Syrian stabbed French toddlers & nobody other than their family thought 'they were my kin'. A man was shot & a whole group in France saw it as an attack on them
Morally deficient people love to cling to things like opposition to slavery, "at least I'm not a nazi," etc. well guess what there's currently no temptation to keep slaves, you're not building virtue at all
