So funny how this story idea thing works out β
DEINOS started off as a standalone novel. I was okay with that.
Then I came up with one spinoff about a character briefly mentioned in the main story.
Then I came up with another spinoff totally unrelated to the two.
And now, just now, I came up with a direct sequel to the main storyline.

I heard about NORAD because it's in the greatest documentary of all time, Stargate SG1.
And that it's just 6 miles away from this weird looking park monument which points directly at Cheyenne Mountain.
WEIRD....right?
How did NORAD first appear on your radar? βοΈ
For some of us, itβs a cozy holiday memory - calling the NORAD Tracks Santa hotline as a kid and refusing to hang up until he cleared your local airspace.
For others, a cinematic memory - watching classic, blockbuster movies where Cheyenne Mountain's massive blast doors sealed shut to protect the world.
And for a few, it was simply hearing fighter jets rumble overhead, looking up, and thinking, "Thatβs probably important."
