Drive Thru Trick or Treat.
Had an odd encounter with a trick or treater last night. A car pulled up and asked if we had candy, they were told yes, then nothing happened for a few minutes and then finally a kid gets out and comes to the door for candy. Apparently we were meant to go to the car, because approaching a running vehicle in the fucking dark is safer than sending your kid to a brightly lit porch in a neighborhood full of brightly lit porches to beg for candy or whatever.
