You should copy/paste this rule to IP Address 'is in' expression with action 'Allow'.
Users with domains pointing to #Cloudflare DNS experienced some issues, because domain names could not be resolved to IP addresses. We detected this issue at around 21:12 UTC and it seems to be resolved at 23:32 UTC. Thanks to @1111Resolver team for fast solution on this issue!
