This cycle, don't sell too early. It may take some time for the bull market to fully form. imo a reasonable rule of thumb could be not to sell one dollar of anything until BTC hits $150k. After you sell, buy back in when the time is right. ETH will be a multi trillion asset in the cycles to come. Until then, some buried truths may need to become common knowledge before ETH is ready to pass big tech majors like Apple or AMZN. Some of these truths naturally take care of themselves, such as the fact that in the decades to come, everyone everywhere is going to sell almost everything onchain on Ethereum. We're the world's marketplace. Even if most people don't believe that today, it doesn't matter, it's going to come true naturally. Other truths are babies in the crib and need protection while they mature in the public mind. Ethereum is a generational investment opportunity precisely because we're a credibly neutral global backbone. That means the base layer needs to move slower as time passes, not faster. It means client diversity is a critical welcome aspect of our value, not a constrictive burden. Not everyone believes in the base layer moving slower and ongoing investment in client diversity, even among insiders. These kinds of truths need active protection while Ethereum grows to global ubiquity. We'll see ETH at ~$12k to ~$25k this cycle. imo $15k is a conservative target. Then, if we play it right and do the work, ETH will hit $100k in the cycles to come.

I haven't sold any $IMD yet - i think this is a $50 to 70m token in the near future but man, the token metadata issue on this thing is maddening it's called $IMD, $VIBE, AND $FP (Fren Pet) I've bought IMD and seen it change in my metamask to "VIBE" plus it's on Eth mainnet, and there's NFTs BUT the reason it's such a mess is very bullish because the dev is making this project on the same token as his previous project. said another way - @surfcoderepeat didn't use this new project as an opportunity to launch a new token and abandon the old Fren Pet holders, which is extremely endearing and bullish. - launched 2023 on Base as Fren Pet / FP - bridged to Ethereum as a LayerZero OFT (same supply, lock-and-mint) - renamed VIBE (Jan 2026), then Identity.md / IMD (May 2026) the positive part of the naming/branding mess and confusion... is it's likely the reason the price has remained as low as it has and if you're willing to overcome it, there's a slew of people behind you who will likely buy higher once these issues are resolved / more common knowledge

One step closer to 4-8x faster Ethereum finality! It took some time and lots of tokens, but we now have a formally verified proposal for a decoupled consensus protocol in I* (a future Ethereum upgrade)! Not yet a full spec (up next), but it includes all the key consensus-relevant details to become one. Since Ethereum aspires to be live without most of the stake online, the protocol involves many more components than a normal BFT protocol, and its correctness involves much more than standard safety and liveness. Those nuanced properties are now verified! What's more, I came away convinced that all protocol design will involve AI-assisted Formal Verification in the future, both for correctness and iteration speed. The work wasn't limited to just: Design the protocol -> Formally verify it Instead, the loop became more like: Design -> Formal Model -> Find exactly what breaks and why -> Redesign it. For a fairly complicated protocol like this one, I think having the Lean model be part of the design loop played a big role in accelerating the process. A future with agents paired with formal models is a superpower for Ethereum development, because they can then use those models to find exactly where an argument breaks down, formalize counterexamples, test proposed fixes, iterate on the protocol. Many details that would slip under the radar when asking agents (and indeed, humans) can now be specified exactly and checked by the Lean kernel. This then forces agents to be more precise and lets them make verifiable progress on their own. It's been incredible to see this play out, seeing agents find gaps and propose protocol changes to fix them. In other words, autoresearch can speed up protocol design, formal verification is here to stay, and Ethereum Finality will get faster.
