Still waiting. Reported the fraud 1 Aug. It’s now 5 Oct. A woman called. When she realised my list was so long she said she’d email me so I could reply with the details. She never did😡I have to pay my now cancelled credit card & need the funds from the fraud.

So fed up with @FNBSA. Reported credit card fraud 1 Aug & cancelled card. Chat says completed 1 Oct. No response/info to me re result. I must pay CC today or incur more interest. Need to be refunded for fraud first. Time to close current acc too after 58 yrs with Barclays/FNB?🥵
