FWIW, Anthropic’s Constitution, which I think is a horrible name, is just a type of reinforcement learning from AI feedback (RLAIF). Its big benefit is a reduction of time, cost, and mental burden for humans labeling toxic or harmful content.

There are some things I don't use AI for, like writing.
But I'll be damned if Claude didn't help me engineer a heavy, fully articulating TV mount situation on an unusual/complex wall in an interactive manner that both introduced me to new physics/engineering concepts that I ended up delving into to make sure I was understanding/double-checking the AI properly, and expanding my home improvement skillset/comfort level.
It may be trivial in the grand scheme of things but I think that's pretty dope (though S.O. appears to be mildly concerned by my increased DIY confidence...)
