YOU'RE MAKING A STUPID SECURITY MISTAKE IF YOU DELETE A GROK BOT WITHOUT RUNNING THESE 5 CHECKS. deleting the profile removes the Bot, its conversation, and its routines. it does not guarantee a clean shared computer. 01. stop every routine confirm that no scheduled or background work is still attached to the Grok Bot. 02. revoke connected access sign out of browser accounts and remove every connector the retired role no longer needs. 03. clear shared files move required deliverables, then remove temporary exports, downloads, and sensitive local copies. 04. rotate exposed secrets revoke any manually added API key or token that may have touched the shared environment. 05. test the boundary ask another Grok Bot to check whether it can reopen the retired role's files or authenticated sessions. a deleted Grok Bot is not an offboarded Grok Bot until its files, sessions, access, and routines are clean.
