META PUTS A FACE ON MUSE AND SENDS IT SHOPPING
At its Connect event on Wednesday,
$META unveiled a major expansion of Muse, the personal AI agent it launched in early September, which Mark Zuckerberg called the centerpiece of the company's vision. MICROSOFT TAKES DOWN EVILTOKENS, AN AI CHATBOT BUILT FOR FRAUD
$MSFT says it has dismantled EvilTokens, a subscription cybercrime service that used AI to read hijacked inboxes, pinpoint who controls the money, and draft messages impersonating trusted contacts. Linked to more than 12,000 compromised inboxes across 10,000 organizations since its February launch, the platform lost 50 websites and over 150 domains to a court authorized seizure carried out with partners including
$NET,
$COIN, and OpenAI.
AMAZON HANDS SELLERS AN AI AGENT THAT NEVER CLOCKS OUT
$AMZN is upgrading Seller Assistant with persistent memory of each seller's business and new workflows that monitor inventory, pricing, and account health around the clock, acting only within seller defined guardrails and with approval. A new plugin also brings Seller Assistant into outside AI tools, launching in Amazon Quick and in beta with Anthropic's Claude for U.S. sellers.
