Given some of the developments i've seen lately I will say there is *one* modern game that still lets players utilize new unintended tech and lets it ride (given that its not game-breaking) and that would be Avatar. I don't really keep up with the game but I'm happy it's around

Interesting TDK-related discovery I made today
A lot of times after parrying Akuma's dive kick, he'll be too far to reset juggle with SA2 or catch with HK Karakusa (crHK~MK Karakusa is insanely hard to do) but because he's in TDK state he can't reversal attack
