The flight was Qatar Airways operated, managed by IndiGo, and bags reportedly never loaded from Doha. PIRs have been filed, but there is no clarity, no timelines, and no proactive communication.
Many passengers have already reached home cities with no essentials.

Extremely concerning experience with @qatarairways & @IndiGo6E.
Passengers travelling from Barcelona → Doha → Delhi have not received their checked baggage. My sister was travelling with 9 teammates, and along with them 30–40 other passengers are also without their luggage.

Absolutely terrible experience with Indigo for our flight DOH-DEL
The luggages were never loaded, not informed and now the arrival of the check in luggages is still not being confirmed by indigo.
The is absolutely appalling. The staff at the airport is equally rude. @IndiGo6E
