With the drums of war beating loudly, Moscow is sending Russian personnel back to Iran’s Bushehr nuclear plant.
Russia is knowingly placing its own personnel directly inside a potential target, effectively turning Russian staff into human shields around one of Iran’s key nuclear facilities.
Lavrov made the announcement in Tehran while reaffirming Moscow’s strategic partnership with Iran.
This is a major escalation.

Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov flew to Iran and spoke of Russia and Ukraine’s “civilian infrastructure,” while accusing the US and Israel of aggression against Iran.
Speaking in Tehran, he said Russia “does not intend to abandon its agreements with Iran, regardless of the external situation,” and is ready to help in the Iran–US conflict.
He also said it was not Russia, but the EU and the US, that began undermining global energy stability.

European governments are coming up with a plan to build their own constellation of low earth orbit satellites to compete with Starlink.
The problem is ... they don't have the capacity to launch the satellites. The European rocket, Ariane 6, is not reusable. It is WAY more expensive per launch and will never do more than 6 to 12 launches per year.
Don't be surprised when Europe has to beg Elon to launch their satellites to compete with Starlink.
