Quick update: I have Ketoacidosis. It IS life-threatening, but we're doing everything we can.
Because my blood pressure and heart rate are through the roof my doctors are telling me to stay the hell off twitter. So I won't be responding to any more comments on my article, sorry. I really was looking forward to talking to more people than I could last night. But not-dying takes precedence over debating online. So this is the last thing I'll say about it.
Whether you believed he'd be back in September or this thing I said or whether you agree with me or not doesn't matter. That's not the point.
People I care about are poking a bear. All I'm trying to do is give a warning about how big that bear is, and how hard it can bite.
At this point, anyone can debate bear statistics, or say "Dw, I know what I'm doing," or "I don't think it's actually going to bite me," or whatever. Yelling and arguing with the sign that says "Caution, Bears" isn't going to do anything.

To be clear, I think there’s still hope. If the hashtags stop trending, controversy dies down, and things become quiet, Valko will have a safe place to land, and they can release him without getting persecuted for doing so.
There’s also a chance Infold will respond to the boycott specifically, and state that it’s purely a financial decision that they’re making, rather than a result of player feedback.
They may also respond to the survey and say that after internal research- separate from social media- and collecting information from players in-game, they’ve decided to release him due to overwhelming support.
There is still reason to hope.
But right now, we need to protect Valko’s public image more than anything else if we want him to come home.
