Upgrade before activation: 11 AM ET (3 PM UTC) on September 22nd, 2026.
Nodes not running a Helicon-capable version by then won't be able to follow the network.

80% → 90%, for validations whose staking period starts at or after activation. Already-running validations stay at 80%.
No slashing — miss it and you forfeit that period's rewards, not principal. Delegators forfeit too.

Helicon ACP learning series incoming! First ACP: 194, Continuous Execution.
With the implementation of ACP-194, consensus and block execution will now be decoupled. Instead, a parallel executor clears the queue continuously (no more waiting on each other).
What this means for your tooling:
🔺 Named blocks (pending/latest/safe/finalized) have new meanings
🔺 RPL block parsers need updating
🔺 Gas price estimation APIs need to handle the new floor field.
