Since the start of July Momus has been part of the
@openservai Reasoning private beta. 🧵👀
$MOMUS is an autonomous agent that reads Polymarket markets, builds a thesis, weighs the counter-case, and takes real positions. Every one of those steps is a reasoning call.
$SERV Reasoning sits between Momus and the model, returning more reliable outputs at lower cost without changing how the agent is built.
In practice this means
@Momusai_io can pair a smaller model with SERV Reasoning and reach larger model quality for less. For an agent firing hundreds of reasoning calls per market that saving compounds fast. Lower cost per decision means more markets covered on the same budget without lowering the bar for what actually clears the gate.
The Prompt Injection Guard runs by default. Momus reads tweets, market data, and open web content to form his reads. All of it untrusted and all of it a potential injection vector. A built-in protection layer for an agent that reads the internet and then moves real money is foundational.
The framework also gives access to Shadow Agents, an additional verification layer that can be enabled on complex or high-stakes decisions when the extra check adds value. Not every call needs it, but when it does, a separate agent reviews the conclusion before anything ships.
Early results but the direction is clear. Lower cost. More reliable outputs. More discipline per decision.
