This one started because we would be at shows with people who were affiliated, and people would see the camo on a jeep, and ask if it was possible. But online, they just didn't move. Did them for the full lineup of vehicles, and eventually parted ways with MoonShine (later called "Scyrphus" or something) after agreeing to pay royalties on unsold stock and clearanced it all.

Came in last night, checked the printer around 8pm. Ran out of filament. Usually no issue on the Core one. Resumed, and headed home. Somehow, this machine managed to layer shift diagonally. Green line is the axis, and you can see the ever so slight extra thick layer line, and then everything wafts left. No time to re-print, just have to hope INDX does just as good if not better. Because its getting stuffed in this machine one way or another today, just after I move the makera Z1 out of the way.

Wife double booked craft shows this weekend and it kicked our butts. I was in the shop until midnight and had to get up at 5.30 this morning to go set up. I'm beat. Taking a quick break while she runs to pick the kit up and then I gotta go make dinner.

Since I had the filament run out on me sometime this morning, I'm gonna have to wait until after 1pm Est tomorrow to be able to use the core one. 🫤

My wife was just talking about needing to get the clay printer up and running. The biggest problem has been finding information on how to formulate the clay to go in the extruder on the tronxy. This stuff that came with it from the factory is full of black mold and we haven't opened it yet. And there's no information from them at what cone to fire at in the kiln since we don't want to use a microwave.

Need opinions. Once I have INDX installed, what to do with the MMU3? I have got cables for the C1 and the MK3 to go with it, so it could be used on either. -destroy it in a fun way. -sell it and re-coupe some costs. -destroy it in a boring way. -give it away in the spirit of those that have helped me with printer parts in the past. What say you @Prusa3D fans? (no, its not going back on the mk3s.... )

And the main reason for waiting until Sunday we have parts printing, and they take a while. Ignore the failed print leavings, I'll clean them when it gets shut down for the upgrade.

I keep seeing shipbuilding come up as something the US is deficient in, at least when it comes to workers. Guess that will not be an issue much longer. Also, how long until the navy has machine gun turrets walking on the hull of a ship?
