So far Gears of War E Day is a great game. Definitely worth the hype around it, MS didnโt pump fake this time. I can see me and my guys putting time into the game like old times I am enjoying the campaign as well.

The maps are pretty good, theyโre not great, just good. Thatโs it. Gunplay is Okay
Fun can be hadโฆ when youโre not running solo

โขNot being able to meat shield hurts the experience of the classic gnasher gun fights
โขNot being able to Grenade Tag
โขNot being able to filter/Select game modes and being forced to play game modes i do not like, (Demolition is slowly growing on me)
โขGnasher only holding 6 shots instead of 8, especially when hits are as inconsistent as they are. Taking 4 outta 6 shells to drop one guy and canโt fight off the next because youโve dumped most your ammo into one dude.
โขLancer, needs to be nerfed a little bit.
โข The pick up weapons outside of those that are familiar are boring to use.
โขThere seems to be a delay when firing the gnasher, it feels as though it needs to charge up before letting off each shot.
โขNot launching with ranked and being forced to play social. Most of my games I ended up on a squad with at least 1 bot, so it felt more of a 4v3 game more often than not.
โขNot having 5v5
โขCenter screen shooting is and will always be trash
The MP experience can fun as hell, they just have to iron out these things. Despite the issues itโs still enjoyable.

Takes me a bit to process shit, but why tf did this game launch without ranked? Social only lobbies where you're paired up with bots in a lobby full of lancer spammers good lord. Nerf the lancers..

Loving gears of war E-Day , I think I'm going to continue to play it on PC as it doesn't look good at all on console.
