Of course I think everyone has heard about this by now, and while I am sad about it too, I’m also happy they’re stepping back to take care of themselves. It’s so easy to feel obligated to keep going just because so many people love your work, and that can eventually make you resent it. And also keep you in a toxic space you don’t need. I am sad we’ve lost another amazing artist for now, but they are people too. And I am happy they’re putting themselves before the fandom. I encourage literally everyone to do the same. You are so much more important than what you can provide to a space. 💕 I hope everyone remembers that.
