APPROVED VOLLEYBALL PROPOSALS 🏐 ◉ All sectional finals must be played at either 1 pm, 4 pm, or 7 pm at the discretion of the host when seeds are determined. The WIAA will have final authority to determine location, dates & start times. VOTE 11-0 ◉ The official state tournament ball for boys will be the V5m5000-3N HS Flistatec (red-white-blue). VOTE 11-0 ◉ Seeding will now be conducted electronically, with all match scores required to be entered into the WIAA Score Center throughout the season. Unofficial seeding will be released Week 15, with seeding meetings (following Appeal Procedure E) to follow before official brackets are finalized. Seeding factors include team winning percentage, opponents’ winning percentage, & opponents’ opponents’ winning percentage, with head-to-head results reviewed for consecutive seeds.
