This could be a very smart move, for a number of reasons:
1) It gets Moskowitz out of the House. The majority is slim, and DeSantis could delay a special for a while giving them a little breathing room.
2) The GOP could conceivably win this swing seat. Moskowitz only won by 5%
3) He actually appears to be competent at this job, having worked under DeSantis doing Emergency Management.
4) It allows Trump to declare a bipartisan cabinet.
5) It would likely be very easy to get him through the senate.

Following a meeting with “Border Czar” Tom Homan, Eric Adams is looking to issue an executive order to amend NYC’s sanctuary city laws. He does not know what form that action will take, however he has confirmed he wants to loosen them in order to deport criminals from NYC.
