Connections begin with recognition.
Bank of Yan is taking shape on HyperEVM because others built the foundations before us.
Our Foreign Affairs directory begins by recognising the builders, infrastructure and venues behind the ecosystem we call home. These are accounts selected by our team as a gesture of appreciation—not claims of partnership or endorsement.
Now there is room for more names.
Alongside those curated references, anyone can register an X handle in the paid directory for 10 HYPE, plus network gas. The registration fee goes to the project treasury.
We want it to become a place to discover people, projects and communities beyond our own.
Registration comes with responsibility. Listings involving scams, spam or unlawful content can be brought before the Policy Board. If a removal proposal passes and is executed, the listing is hidden without a refund. The onchain record remains, and governance can later restore visibility.
Successful registrations are non-refundable. Payment does not verify account ownership or establish a partnership.
