the 80/20 cognitive enhancement stack that hits hard as FUCK with zero tolerance buildup and zero waste: - 150 mg armodafinil (cleaner pharmacokinetics than modafinil, longer-lasting wakefulness + deep focus) - 250 mg citicoline (replenish the depleted stores of the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine from armodafinil depletion) - 200 mg caffeine (extra kick, focus, capsule form or just bang black coffee/ espressos all day long) - 800 mg l-theanine (takes the edge off the stimulating compounds, calm + creative) - 144 mg magnesium l-threonate (optimizes cognitive health by crossing BBB, helps with sleep quality) - 2 mg oral pinealon (obliterates brain fog, heightens stress-resistance + focus, helps you sleep deeper) - 6 mg oral epitalon (resets circadian rhythm despite long-lasting armodafinil, lowers cortisol, amazing for longevity) you could run this 5 days on, 2 days off pretty much indefinitely without building a tolerance. cycle pinealon and epitalon 30 days on -> 2 months off, then continue as you please. epitalon in the evening, everything else in the morning (magnesium can also be taken in the evening, but i prefer morning). if you need to prioritize due to $ constraints, remove epi + pine first. honorary mention tadalafil. honorary mention do a damn blood panel and fix whatever is bad first. not medical advice. sources below, US domestic here. more in this doc (incl. everyday 100 people tell me about their problems and ask for a solution. 99% of the time, it goes like this: i get brain fog and feel tired all the time - 500mcg oral BPC-157, 1 drop vitamin E, B1 TTFD, 500mg ALCAR, 200mg CoQ10 - your gut and metabolism is nuked. stop eating like shit, have some kefir in the morning, and avoid stress as well as you can. i can't focus, i get distracted - 200mg modafinil, 100mg bromantane - make a to-do list, put your phone in a kitchen drawer and don't get up until you're done. i sleep like shit, how do i fix it - 80mg silexan, 1mg pinealon, 3mg epitalon, 5g glycine, 144mg magnesium l-threonate, topical magnesium - avoid blue light after the sun goes down, read before sleep. my brain is fucked after substance/alcohol abuse, how do i get it back? - 5mg dihexa, 14 days of 1 ampoule cerebrolysin, 2mg pinealon, 100mg bromantane - read my article "brain rehabilitation beyond conventional medicine" to understand this deeper and tailor it to your situation. i have an annoying injury that won't go away - localized BPC-157 injection. or KLOW. - inject once or twice a day until the injury is healed/ max 45 days. obviously it's not always this easy... but it often isn't much more complicated to get real, tangible results you can feel on day one or within a few days by applying the right compound to the right situation. not medical advice. learn more, access sourcing: basedbiohacker.any.org/cogni…

just as with depression, a lot of people treating their anxiety are targeting the brain when the actual problem might be their gut when your gut lining is compromised, bacterial endotoxins (LPS) leak into your bloodstream that drives the exact neuroinflammation that silently fuels anxiety through the gut-brain axis. oral BPC-157 repairs your gut barrier at the root, cutting the LPS translocation and calming the inflammatory signaling behind the anxiety this fixes the cause instead of masking the symptom. not medical advice.
anti-anxiety supplements and compounds that ACTUALLY work and WON'T leave you like a drug addict "lowinhibmaxxing" clavicular (acute and long term): ACUTE mexidol: reduces anxiety without heavy sedation while improving microcirculation and protecting your brain through GABA-A modulation. etifoxine: a genuine anxiolytic that enhances GABA and neurosteroid production, calming you without the dependence or cognitive dulling of benzos. aniracetam: reduces anxiety while enhancing verbal fluency and creativity through AMPA modulation - calm AND articulate at the same time (great for social performance). bromantane: reduces anxiety while simultaneously increasing drive and motivation. a rare combination through GABA modulation + dopamine synthesis. taurine: mild GABAergic calm that settles the nervous system while supporting electrolyte balance + cardiovascular function. fasoracetam: upregulates GABA-B receptors for anxiety relief while improving working memory, especially effective for anxious, ADHD-type brains. l-theanine: can take the edge off within 30-45 minutes by promoting alpha brain waves and calm focus without any sedation. LONG-TERM oral bpc-157: repairs the gut lining and cuts the LPS-driven neuroinflammation that fuels anxiety through the gut-brain axis. selank: peptide that reduces anxiety without sedation and builds calm over time by modulating GABA and BDNF with zero dependence. silexan: standardized lavender extract that lowers anxiety comparably to benzos in some trials, though it can make you drowsy at higher doses. magnesium l-threonate: crosses the blood-brain barrier to support GABA function, calm the nervous system, and improve sleep quality over time. my favourites? bromantane, mexidol, bpc-157 and selank. the pattern here is very fucking simple: calm without sedation. relief without dependence, and in the best cases, anxiety reduction that comes WITH cognitive benefits instead of at their expense. avoid benzos, phenibut, pregabalin, and ashwagandha not medical advice. access sourcing, dosing, cycling and more info for all of these: basedbiohacker.any.org/cogni…

if you are above the age of 35 and start taking 50-100mg bromantane for 60 days, don't be surprised when you suddenly remember things you did not even know you had forgotten. childhood memories, names, events. and this is without even mentioning the natural higher baseline of joy, motivation and focus that comes with upregulated dopamine production. the amount of anecdotes i get on this is insane.

winter is here. your circadian rhythm is getting nuked by the darkness and increased time spent inside. > epitalon > vitamin D3+K2 > 10k lux lamp in the morning voila. fixed. everyone should be doing this. ’winter depression’ is a choice.

which is better - modafinil or armodafinil? the annoying truth is that for some people armodafinil works wonders but modafinil doesn't do shit - and for others it's vice versa. i'll explain it below, but i'll tell you the conclusion now; you need to try both to know. which one is better depends on your biology; there's a real pharmacological reason for that, and 99% never even stop to consider it; it's not ONLY your CYP2C19 genetics. modafinil is primarily cleared through amide hydrolysis (liver) and CYP3A4, not CYP2C19 (modafinil actually inhibits CYP2C19, affecting how OTHER drugs clear, but that's a different conversation). here's what actually drives the difference: armodafinil is pure R-enantiomer. regular modafinil is a 50/50 racemic mix of R and S-enantiomers. these have different half-lives; the S-enantiomer clears fast (~4-5 hours) while the R-enantiomer lingers (~15 hours). this means modafinil peaks slightly earlier and drops off faster because of the S component while armodafinil delivers a smoother, more prolonged concentration curve throughout the day. so if you feel armodafinil but get nothing from modafinil, it's likely down to that curve difference plus individual variation in dopamine transporters, sleep architecture, and CYP3A4 enzyme activity. this is exactly why blanket recommendations fail and i always say "GET BOTH AND EXPERIMENT". sometimes i wonder how many people have tried one, it didn't work and they deemed it worthless, meanwhile the other version would have made them a fucking force of nature. don't be that guy. your individual pharmacology determines how you respond to these compounds, and the variation between people is significant. this doesn't only go for modafinil/armodafinil btw... EVERYONE reacts differently to different compounds. you need to experiment and find your match. stop looking for the universal answer. experiment intelligently and find what works for YOUR biology. not medical advice.

if you get drowsy from bromantane, cut the dose in half. taking P5P for L-DOPA -> dopamine conversion support can also help, as well as taking ALCAR and NMN for mitochondrial and cholinergic support. if you get nauseous from it, try taking with food and cutting dose. always take with 0.5-3g l-tyrosine. for some people less is more. experiment to find out.

how can bromantane help bring back forgotten memories - on top of the insanely effective focus and motivation boost? well, they go hand in hand. bromantane upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase, which is what synthesizes into dopamine - bromantane elevates your natural dopamine production. and dopamine is the primary driver of memory retrieval. it's less about forming memories and more about indexing and accessing them. the prefrontal cortex-hippocampus circuit that pulls up stored memories is heavily dopamine-dependent. and starting around your mid-30s to 40s, dopamine production begins to decline. bromantane fixes your dopamine production and sensitizes the system. your dopamine fix your pathways to memory retrieval. other benefits include; - acute focus boost - heightened motivation - more joy in life - improved athletic ability (it's WADA banned) truly an incredible compound. 50-100mg with dietary fats or MCT oil. either sporadically for acute enhancement, or daily for 30-60 days on -> 6+ weeks off. the benefits stay for a few weeks or months after cycling off. and to make it clear - dopamine is only the search function; glutamate is the engine and actual cues are what drives the retrieval. BDNF and acetylcholine are also key for memory retrieval. this is not medical advice.

blood vessel health is the basis of all health... without good pipes, it doesn't matter what you're putting through them vesugen hits exactly this; the endothelial lining and apart from noticing seemingly new veins in the mirror, i've also noticed; > other compounds hit harder (esp. with tadalafil) > insane morning wood (haven't missed a day) > pumps feel better (esp. with vilon) > enhanced full-body vascularity i highly recommend running a cycle - my sweetspot has been at 3-4mg daily, but results should show at just 1mg. 30-60 days on. i honestly think anyone could benefit and enjoy a cycle, but this will hit ESPECIALLY hard for people running heavy stacks, people 50+, and athletes. not medical advice. sourcing and more info on vesugen and other compounds: basedbiohacker.any.org/cogni…

royal jelly is the best baseline cognitive enhancer nature has brought us hands down. i will probably take it until i die, just like the queen bees do, and aristotle did. aristotle probably also fed it to his greatest student, whom you may know... his name was Alexander the Great. royal jelly: - boosts dopamine production and receptor sensitivity - supports recovery from traumatic brain injury - increases testosterone levels in men naturally - promotes new neuron growth in the brain - enhances burst firing of dopaminergic neurons - mimics bdnf through its 10-hda content - reduces anxiety and calms the nervous system -improves memory and recall in healthy individuals - shields brain cells from oxidative damage - raises progesterone levels in women - protects the blood-brain barrier - acts as a selective estrogen modulator (serm) - fuels motivation and drive via vta-nac axis - upregulates pgc-1alpha for mitochondrial energy production - restores dopamine and serotonin in the prefrontal cortex - lowers cortisol and blunts stress response - modulates gaba for better mood regulation - decreases neuroinflammation throughout the brain - reduces microglial overactivation - lowers risk of alzheimer's and parkinson's - potent natural antidepressant with studied evidence - promotes longevity and protects telomere length - stimulates bone formation and increases height potential - widens and strengthens facial bone structure - improves skin quality and reduces inflammation - strengthens the gut-brain axis - epigenetic modulation via hdac inhibition this is not medical advice.
