Multi-asset portfolios, triple-leveraged memes. Running a charity fund for brain research. Not financial advice.

Based Capital Charitable Fund, August Update (a little early this month!) Our Alpha Generator Charitable Fund has returned 9.8% so far in 2026, based on picks crowdsourced here on X. While we're lagging the S&P 500 now this year, still impacted by the high-beta rout in July, the turnaround is noticeable. Current holdings and returns are in the second image. Look for a fresh infusion of capital and a new poll seeking your advice on additions in the coming weeks. Also, I'm happy to share that today, our Fund is making a new $1,250 charitable grant to the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation @BBRFoundation, bringing total contributions to support the fight against dementia and other brain ailments to $7,500 since inception. Onward!

STOP thinking that bonds matter. The trade from here goes only in one direction. There will be mega drawdowns along the way, as short term liquidity events temporarily collapse leveraged value. But nothing stops this train. Enjoy the ride.

$META, the company criminally accused of exploiting your personal information and algorithmically subjecting minors to psychologically harmful content, is launching an AI assistant featuring a cuddly unknown animal designed to earn your trust. And you’re investing in the company?

Nobody: Absolutely nobody. Michael Burry: the market is extremely overvalued and due for another crash. That’s why I’m investing in Build-A-Bear.

Imagine investing in $META for the long term😂 Total lack of awareness

😂😂😂
Congratulations to $META investors, who are now up ~14% YTD on the stock, just 7% less than $QQQ's 21%. You guys called it.

Do you want “risk free investments” in a hyperinflating global fiat environment? Me neither, anon.
BREAKING: Money market fund assets held by US households rose +$63 billion in Q2 2026, to a record $5.11 trillion. This marks the 17th consecutive quarterly increase, totaling +$2.58 trillion, or an average of +$152 billion per quarter. Money market fund assets held by US households now stand +89% above the peak recorded during the 2020 pandemic. Meanwhile, the Fed raised rates for the first time since July 2023 on Wednesday, by 25 basis points, to 4.00%, with markets now pricing in 3 additional hikes by mid-2027. Risk-free investments are about to get even more popular.
