Except Jackson. She wrote a 35-page dissent. Eight justices needed fewer pages to explain the law than she needed to explain why they were all wrong. And read it aloud from the bench. Turning the court into a spectacle. Then Kagan, Obama's appointee, publicly corrected her. Called the case "textbook" viewpoint discrimination.
