Donald Trump’s war with Iran 🇮🇷 has choked shipping through the Strait of Hormuz for much of 2026.
He messed everything up for everyone and showed why he has 6 bankruptcies. That number wasn’t a fluke.
The narrow waterway usually carries about a fifth of the world’s oil. The squeeze has pushed prices up and Canadians 🇨🇦 are paying more at the pump. Regular gas sat just above $1.80 a litre in early September. Diesel and trucking costs are up too, so groceries and deliveries cost more.
Most Canadians told pollsters they worry about the economy and making ends meet. Prices swing with every new strike or pause, and that uncertainty is wearing on households.
People are tired of the Trump administration using the war to profit off of the stock markets. Killing kids to put money in their pockets.
Canada is moving more crude and LNG off the West Coast on routes that skip the strait.
Canada and China will have to step in and end this war that the US already lost.

Ivar Stenberg buried a hat trick, Mason Marchment and Igor Chernyshov each scored twice, and the boys never looked back.
Macklin Celebrini 🇨🇦 made his first appearance of the preseason and did exactly what you’d expect from the North Vancouver, B.C native.
He didn’t need a ton of ice time to make an impact. The 20-year-old Canadian picked up an assist on Marchment’s second goal while playing limited minutes.
That’s the kind of night that reminds you why the future looks so bright in San Jose. Celebrini is only getting started, and nights like this are just a preview.
