one more day to Halloween and at same time I will be running my final ever 5km for @prostateunited as part of team @LCFC #LCFC raising money and awareness for @ProstateUK and tomorrow will be a bit of fun as I want to go out on a high and having a laugh, namely at my own expense 👀😂
4 years, over 625km, 123 runs, will be 124 tomorrow, countless amazing memories, lots of friends who have reached out with their stories of how this disease has impacted their lives and hopefully helped to raise awareness about this disease and got people opening up, having conversations and getting tested.
Then there is the fundraising side of it, over £18,700 raised so far over the 4 years, it’s genuinely blown my the mind the generosity of people. So one last push to see if I can retire on over £20,000. If you wish to donate to this amazing cause then please click the link below

The penultimate run complete, that’s 30 consecutive 5k runs completed and just the last final ever run tomorrow to go now with a little twist 👀
That is 150km racked up so far in this years @prostateunited as part of team @LCFC #LCFC and an amazing £5,300 raised for @ProstateUK . When I started this challenge 4 years ago never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would raise nearly £18,500 for this wonderful cause.
