Real good symmetry between Stuve Gold & San Lorenzo Gold, in no particular order, but thought its worth writing about in a thread: 🧵👇 1/ Underlying geology – Las Animas sits on the same parallel structure as the nearby Manto Verde mine complex. Salvadora’s IP chargeability anomalies are thought to be part of a local gold/copper enriched porphyry deposit similar to the nearby El Salvador mine complex (collapsed caldera). 2/ Local artisanal workings – Las Animas has had historical workings occurring within and lateral to the property faults. Small scale mining carried out on the larger structures since the 1930s – focus on copper enriched materials. At Salvadora, a trend of 6kms of historical workings particularly along Arco de Oro core zone. 3/ Nearby Major Mine – Las Animas situated about 12kms away from the Monto Verde open pit copper mine. Codelco’s El Salvador mine ~15kms away from Salvadora. 4/ Infrastructure – Las Animas readily accessible by paved and good gravel roads to the property, Further east on the C-13 Chilean highway, you would travel past Salvadora which has all the right infrastructure already in place any junior explorer would ever want. (roads/rail/power/nearby copper smelter). 5/ Geographical Location – Las Animas within the coastal IOGC belt of Chile and not at difficult or high elevations. Salvadora also at relatively low elevations facilitating lower drilling costs and allowing year-round drilling. 6/ Management – Same principals at both companies with Al Krootje and Terry Walker with >40+ years geological experience and who has been very involved in the Chilean mining space for over 27 years. $STUV.V 🇨🇱

Earlier this week, NGEx announced positive results from initial metallurgical testwork at Lunahuasi. Results were highlighted by final clean copper concentrates grading between 23.4% and 39.4% copper and 9.5 g/t to 43.7 g/t gold at copper recoveries ranging from 92.0% to 94.2% and gold recoveries from 61.1% to 87.1% with deleterious elements below typical penalty limits. As noted earlier, the release is important, not just because the anomaly has been expanded to 1600 metres and is totally open to the east, where the IP crew will now go. But because the anomaly matched up well with ground mag and there is highly anomalous soil geochem accompanying chargeability highs. A much larger set of soils has been taken to generate a more consistent soil anomaly plan map. Overlapping - and agreeing- multiple data sets is what you want to see in a new anomaly.
