For context: Indiana’s gas tax generates $1.85 BILLION annually. INDOT’s ENTIRE statewide capital budget for roads and infrastructure is only $2.2 BILLION.
Indiana collects roughly $10 billion annually in property taxes to fund schools, police, fire departments, EMS, and municipal services.
The $2 BILLION ESL bill ALONE is equivalent to TWENTY PERCENT of every property-tax dollar collected statewide.
That doesn’t include SNAP, WIC, Section 8, Medicaid, or the countless other direct costs these parasites bleed you dry for.
Nor does it account for the indirect costs of rising crime. overcrowded (failing) schools, strained public services, deteriorating neighborhoods, and rising housing prices.
How much of Marion County has been rendered an inhospitable no-go zone by these savages? How many are now demanding the barbarian horde be granted access to your community’s “magic dirt?”
How much psychic damage are good, heritage Hoosiers subjected to on a daily basis because every major roadway, town fair, farmer’s market, school event, and Costco has been terraformed into a third world bazaar?
Hoosiers are constantly told there’s never enough money to fix our roads, lower property taxes, hire police officers, or maintain basic public services. Yet somehow, we can always afford to fund our own destruction at the hands of semi-sentient bio-weapons that do absolutely nothing for Indiana but drag it to hell like feral crabs in a bucket.
There is not one, single problem in your life that would not be solved by denaturalizing and deporting 100 million people.
In case you are wondering why seemingly every school district in Indiana is having a referendum to increase school funding via property taxes, it’s largely because of this.
Indiana taxpayers spend roughly 2 billion dollars on English As a Second Language students, and almost all of that is subsided by local residents via property taxes.
Under Biden, the number of students who didn’t know English grew extremely rapidly, not it has mostly leveled off but it is a still a massive massive cost for local school systems.
