After much thought, my #NewYearResolution2024 is to read 52 of the 78 books on my current TBR list. I can only buy new books if I am on target with that goal, and they must be read that week. Next year it might all fit on one shelf! 😂😂 #BookTwitter

Just spotted the Other Half using the cat to prop up his book for the most comfortable reading position. We don't have a cat.....

I read poetry in public tonight for the first time, and found this when I opened my notebook in front of everyone to start reading. Some friends are forever, and this girl is the best of gems ❤️❤️❤️

I asked for something like 'Yellowface' or 'Lessons in Chemistry' with strong 'I can't believe she did that' vibes, and this is what the lovely bookseller gave me. So far it's hitting exactly the right spot 🤣😄 @waterstonestaun

After a month of being unwell, and a LOT of guilt/ stress over my lack of progress on my TBR pile, I remembered that books should bring me joy. So I thinned out the TBR pile to something a bit less overwhelming. These books are all on their way to new owners ❤️📚❤️📚❤️📚

Can anyone recommend a good cosy crime/ murder mystery book? I've read all of Shari Lapena's books, Alice Feeney and Lucy Foley's books (my favourites).
