BenPay KYC Requirement for Bridge Out – Advance Notice
Dear BenPay Users,
To further improve our on-chain asset services, BenPay plans to introduce a KYC requirement for Bridge Out transactions. Users may complete KYC verification in advance to ensure continued access to the relevant features once the requirement takes effect.

This update will apply to:
🔵 Cross-chain Bridge Out: Bridging assets out from the BenFen Chain to external chains;
🔵 Withdrawals: Withdrawing BenFen Chain assets to external chains via the cross-chain bridge;
🔵 Scope: Applicable assets supported for Bridge Out.
This update applies only to Bridge Out transactions. Bridge In transactions to the BenFen Chain will not be affected.
If you have relevant asset operation plans in the near future, it is recommended to make arrangements in advance and pay attention to the subsequent KYC verification requirements. The adjustment is expected to take effect from September 28th to 30th, and withdrawal business will be temporarily suspended during the adjustment period. Please refer to the official announcement of BenPay for the specific effective time and related rules.
