I've been approached by many indie devs asking for help spreading the word. If you want to turn your game into wishlists and sales, reach out. My friends and followers have a higher income than the average gamer, making them the kind of players who actually BUY games.

A reminder to use an ad blocker at all times. Switch your parents to Brave Browser or whatever the nerds are fawning over lately. Do not let your loved ones go on the internet without a condom.

So basically the solution to every Karen complaint is just catching these hands 😂 The FBI boxing concept alone got me curious.

The market is on the brink of a MASSIVE breakout, but it’ll only happen IF any/all of these things play out: - Strait of Hormuz Opens - US/Iran War Ends - Oil under $90 a barrel - 10Yr bond yield under 5% President Trump MUST be willing to do these to save the midterm elections. So far; it’s looking doubtful.

Building TMOG took one detailed spec and then over 400 PRs to get it where I wanted it. The "last ten percent" took literally four times as long as the first ninety percent. I think most people who object to vibe coding are programmers, not product managers or designers who are used to working one level removed from the code. If you were a dev manager before AI, you followed the same process, except the coding was done by your team of humans and took longer. Now it's done by a team of agents in a hurry. You still didn't write the CODE; you ran the project, defined the outcomes, and all of that... tmog.org
The first 80% of vibe coding feels like magic. The last 20% teaches you why software engineering exists. Prove me wrong?

This is done through a clever use of normal maps (and maybe some blend shapes). You have normals for slack muscles, and a second normals texture for taut muscles, and you blend between them when the leg flexes.

In Paper Mario, Mayor Penguin is found seemingly dead, with Mario being suspected of his murder. However, if a letter is delivered to him during that time, he will get up, thank Mario, and promptly go back to being dead. Unfortunately, this cannot prove Mario's innocence.

Interesting unused Star Fox thing: The arrows that appear when flying near the edges of the screen were originally going to play a sound. The sound for this seems to be still in the sound driver, but it goes unreferenced as the pointer to it was dummied out. (1/3)

A dev working on DLSS 5 support for AMD Radeon GPUs has made a huge performance jump in just one day. Version 0.3.3 brought a 23% performance improvement, while the new Alpha 0.4.0 adds another 42%. The project has gained roughly 74% more performance in total compared with the previous versions. In Cyberpunk 2077 at 3440×1440, testing went from around 30 FPS to 50 FPS with the latest version. wccftech.com/dlss-nr-on-amd-…
